• Authenticating and managing your portal user account.
• Generating, presenting, and auditing monthly electric bills and payment records.
• Transmitting advisories regarding scheduled/emergency power interruptions and cooperative announcements.
• Processing service applications, technical inquiries, and appointment requests.
• Fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements from the National Electrification Administration (NEA) and Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC).
